1. Cancellation Window

If you request a refund within 30 minutes of placing your order, we will refund it in full. This window is short because we typically begin work on your order shortly after it's placed.

2. Once Work Has Begun

Once we've started creating your video, design, or ad, we do not issue refunds. Instead, we provide revisions to make sure you get a result you're happy with.

3. Revisions

Every order includes 3 free revisions, completed within 48 hours (2 business days) of your feedback.

4. Ad Rejections

We follow current platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) when creating ads. If your ad is rejected by a platform after delivery, we will revise it free of charge to help bring it into compliance. We can't guarantee approval, since platform review decisions are outside our control.
